Important information
- Returns possible within 30 days
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days.
- We do not charge any fees for accepting returns.
- The customer covers the shipping costs.

Cancelling an order
You have the right to cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped yet. Simply contact us at info@eloura-moda.com and provide your order number. If your package hasn't left our warehouse yet, we'll cancel your order without any problem. Otherwise, our standard returns policy applies.
How to return or exchange a product
You can return or exchange products within 30 days of delivery – without having to give a reason.
Before making a return, please ensure the following requirements are met:
- The product must not show any signs of use or washing.
- Tags must be intact
- It is best if the product is returned in its original packaging.
In other words, you can try on the product but not use it for an extended period of time before returning it.
If all conditions are met, please write to us at info@eloura-moda.com and we will send you a return label to print.
Refund
Once we receive your shipment, we will inspect your returned product (we recommend sending it with a tracking number and sending it to us).
Once everything is correct, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be processed within 14 days of your return being approved.
Damaged or incorrect goods
If the product you received is damaged or does not match your order (e.g. wrong size, model or color) – don’t worry!
Take a photo, have your order number ready and send us a message with a short description to info@eloura-moda.com .
In most cases, we will send you the correct product completely free of charge.
