Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

Orders placed after 00:00 GMT are processed on the next business day.

Changing Your Address
If you need to update your delivery address, contact us immediately after placing the order at info@eloura-moda.com or call +31 6 30760964. If the order has already shipped, changes may not be possible.
Cancellations
We can cancel your order at any time before it has shipped. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
Unexpected Delays

Parcels Damaged in Transit
If a parcel arrives damaged, refuse the delivery and contact our customer support. If it was delivered in your absence, contact us for next steps.
