We offer free shipping within Poland, regardless of order value. We'll deliver your order directly to your specified address at no additional charge.

- Once shipped, the average delivery time is 4-6 business days .

Product arrived damaged?
We're sorry! Despite our best efforts, sometimes damage may occur during shipping. In this case, we'll promptly send you a replacement free of charge . If this happens again, we'll refund your purchase in full.

Haven't received your parcel?
If your order is lost or doesn't arrive due to a logistical issue, we'll resend it free of charge . If it still hasn't arrived after 60 days , you'll receive a full refund .
