By using Eloura-Moda's shipping services, you agree to the following terms. These terms ensure clarity regarding our processing, shipping, and delivery procedures within the United Kingdom and Poland.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time

All estimated/typical delivery times are based on actual data from previous orders. These are approximate times for reference only.

Processing time

The processing time begins on the day you place your order. We process orders within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays).

Orders placed after 00:00 GMT will be processed the following business day.

Shipping time

Estimated shipping time is 4–6 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) depending on your location.

Please note:

  • Delivery times are affected by public holidays as manufacturers and courier services operate on a restricted basis. Normal service will resume immediately after each public holiday.
  • Incorrect address details and other problems may lead to delays in delivery.

Tracking number

Once your package has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it to check the status of your order at any time. Detailed instructions can also be found on our Track My Order page.

For customers in the United Kingdom, we use Royal Mail.

For customers in Poland, we use InPost.

Changing your address

Once an order is placed, our fulfillment team processes the order within 1–2 business days. If you wish to change the place of delivery, contact us immediately after placing the order at info@eloura-moda.com or call us at +48 732 125 978 with your name and order number. We will make every effort to update your address before the order is shipped.

Please note that we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has already been shipped.

Cancellations

If you change your mind before your order is shipped, we can accept cancellations at any time. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy if an order has already been shipped.

Unexpected delays

Delivery may take longer than the standard delivery times stated here. Please contact us if your parcel is taking too long (and is outside the recommended delivery times) and we will help you resolve any issues we can!

Parcels damaged in transit

If you find that a parcel has been damaged in transit, you must refuse the parcel from the courier and contact our customer service team. If the parcel was delivered in your absence, please contact customer service to find out how to proceed.
